Best Cellulite Solution yet to be found Is it true?

Many people have this thought, that the cellulite problem has not been solved. The cellulite experts are still searching for the answers. But I don't think it is true. The solution has been found.
Out of my research I have seen that exercises with a good regular diet potentially reduces cellulite in such a way that women can wear bathers without any problem.
But the question arises do they have the time. And the answer is a prompt no. Nearly 85% of women struggle to maintain a strict exercise and diet. So cellulite doesn't get reduced. They say exercise don't work.
You use Liposuction and it works perfectly, it reduces cellulite. But many women fear the operation theatre, they don't even think about liposuction as an option. So theory is, liposuction doesn't reduce cellulite.
Now let us come to the lazy way of reducing cellulite i.e. the cellulite cream. Don't have to do anything just lie down, rub the cream where ever you want and reduce cellulite. Does it work, of course it does.
But how many days do they apply, only until the cellulite is reduced and then they save money by not applying the cream.

Cellulite Myth: Why women suffer from Cellulite rather than men

There are many names used for cellulite including orange peel, cottage cheese, mattress phenomenon & hail damage to name a few.
The term cellulite was first used in the 1920s and rapidly spread in the late 1960s.
Cellulite is common in women affecting almost 85% whilst rarely seen in men.
Women begin to develop cellulite after puberty and it increases in severity with age and thinning of the epidermis.
Cellulite is a result of fat deposits and waste retention within the subcutaneous tissue, which is the layer of tissue between the skin and the muscle.
These deposits are packed into long chambers that are held down by rigid straps, which connect to the skin above, so when the chambers become overfilled with fat, it causes the skin to dimple.
Men do not suffer with this as their straps are arranged in a criss-cross fashion. But that does not mean men dont get fat. Although the causes of cellulite are poorly understood there are many influences that precipitate and worsen the appearance of cellulite.

Why Cellulite reoccurs when I am successful in reducing it

They are many reasons that can cause cellulite in women as well as men. A very high percentage of cellulite will be found in older women. It doesnt mean I am saying that younger women cant suffer from cellulite. They can also suffer from the dreaded cellulite, but the percentage is very less.
Some people perform exercises, apply creams or have lipo suction to reduce their cellulite, and definitely these reduce cellulite. Because if I say these are not going to reduce cellulite then Im lying they really do reduce cellulite. But the problem is the reoccurrence of cellulite.
Cellulite is such a dreaded problem that the time you feel you got rid of it, slowly as time passes again cellulite creeps up into your body.
So what is the reason for this reoccurrence of cellulite. In my 15 years of research work I have derived the following reasons
Hormones :
Oestrogen is thought to aggravate cellulite, especially during menstruation and oestrogen replacement therapy. Other hormones such as insulin adrenaline & nor adrenaline, thyroid hormones & prolactin also participate in cellulite formation.
Circulation:
Poor local circulation and decreased lymphatic drainage caused by injury or inflammation worsen the condition.
Other known causes include:
Smoking (as it affects circulation), lack of exercise, fatty starchy foods, sitting or standing in a single position for long periods
